What they need
We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous BPO experience who are looking to grow their careers in the contact center industry.
Qualifications:
At least High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate
With 6 months to 1 year of BPO/Contact Center experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable handling customer inquiries and concerns through voice calls
Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule
