Hiring International Contact Center | Financial Services

We are looking for experienced International Contact Center professionals with strong communication skills and basic financial knowledge to join our team in Noida / Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from financial advisors and clients regarding account services, requests, and issue resolution.
• Act as the first point of contact for service-related queries, troubleshooting, and transaction-related support.
• Process account service requests accurately within defined timelines and service standards.
• Educate clients and financial advisors on products, services, systems, and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a superior client experience.
• Work closely with advisors and clients to resolve complex account-related concerns.
• Participate in team discussions, process improvement initiatives, and operational reviews.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Minimum 1 year of International Contact Center (ICC) experience.
• Basic knowledge of financial products/services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Maximum age: 32 years.

Job Details

Location: Noida / Gurgaon
Salary: Up to 63,000 in-hand
Night Shift Allowance: 6,000
Annual Bonus: 36,000
Working: 5 Days | Fixed Weekend Off
Cab Facility: Both-side cab provided
