Contact Centre Advisor – Hybrid role with office attendance at Head Office in London (Elstree WD6 3SA) so you should live in commuting distance of the Greater London area.

Salary: £27,000 per annum OTE £35,000

We are currently seeking out a Contact Centre Advisor to join our dedicated and professional team.

What you will do:

Our Contact Centre Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers, and they use their excellent communication skills and professional and friendly manner to assist customers. Our highly professional team deal with all phone, email and online enquiries to book customers’ vehicles for service as well as selling service plans. Our Contact Centre Advisors act as a brand advocates for Endeavour Automotive and will support our mission to provide outstanding customer engagement by providing memorable experiences and a consistent level of excellent customer service.
