Contact Centre Agent

The Contact Centre Ambassador (aka Contact / Call Centre Agent) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a new Contact Centre, initially with the primary focus on outbound welcome calls for fundraising/charity partners. They will contribute to the future expansion of services we will be offering, including but not limited to, the handling of complaints, inbound customer service calls and outbound sales calls for commercial clients. This role demands strong communication qualities, time management skills, and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Salary: £14.7k, Inc. shift allowance, with opportunity to earn Monthly Performance Bonus
• Hybrid Working: In-Office / WFH Rotation
• Benefits: 23 days Annual Leave (Increases by 1 every year you remain at Acwyre up to a max of 26)
• Part-Time Working Hours: 3 x Evenings rotational, and every Saturday. Total 20 hours p/w
• Hours Available: Weekday evenings between 16:00 – 21:00. Plus, everyday Saturdays, hours between 13:30 – 18:30.
• You must be available every weekday & Saturday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14,700.00 per year
