Contact centre Agents

We are looking for motivated Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service department. You will be responsible for making both inbound and outbound calls to the customers. You should have a complete understanding of the products and services offered by the company. Also, you should be able to resolve customer queries and direct the urgent ones to the senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Requirements and skills

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
