Contact Centre / Call Centre ( 2 shift )

• Conduct regular client check-ins to monitor wellbeing and connect clients with appropriate community resources.
• Coordinate health and social care administration with stakeholders and maintain up-to-date care plans and documentation.
• Encourage clients to adopt healthy lifestyle changes and escalate complex cases to senior coordinators when necessary.
• Manage daily call centre operations, uphold service standards, protect client confidentiality and safeguard data.
• Meet service level targets, maintain low abandoned call rates through efficient call handling, and support community outreach activities as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline or GCE N level + 4 years of experience
• Experience in contact centre or eldercare experience would be an added advantage
• Able to work on rotating 12-hour shifts
