- Multi-Channel Communication: Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound voice calls, emails, and live chat messages professionally. • Issue Resolution: Listen actively to customer complaints, diagnose problems, and provide accurate, timely solutions. • Data Management: Record details of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints accurately in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database. • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote new products, services, or upgrades during customer interactions. • Escalation Handling: Forward complex or unresolved technical issues to senior management or specialized support teams.
