Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and email queries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and first-contact resolution.
• Manage customer mailbox and support activities.
• Resolve customer concerns while adhering to quality standards.
• Handle approximately 55 customer interactions daily (calls + emails).
• Escalate complex issues as per process requirements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Mandatory Requirements

1.8+ years of relevant experience

Banking / BFSI / Financial Services experience is mandatory

Experience in:

• Customer Service
• Contact Centre Operations
• Voice Process
• Email Support
• Customer Support

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
