Jayspire Global Line is a growing player in container trading, shipping and freight forwarding. Built on trust, we keep our customers' containers moving accurately and on time. We are strengthening our operations team and looking for a detail-oriented Depot & Container Operations Executive to join us.

What You'll Do

• Update daily container inventory by container number, type, grade and location
• Coordinate container gate-in/gate-out, pickup and delivery
• Coordinate with depots, hauliers and other operational parties
• Check container condition and follow up on EOR/repair quotations and repair status
• Monitor depot repair, storage and operational charges
• Maintain accurate container movement records
• Keep container documentation and proof of delivery where required
• Prepare daily inventory reports and weekly operations reports
• Follow up on operational issues until completion

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping or a related field
• Experience in container depot, shipping or haulage operations is preferred
• Good coordination and record-keeping skills
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
