Container Reuse Sales Executive

About the role

This role involves sourcing and coordinating with customers to bring empty containers into the yard for return or storage. You will liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and logistics companies to offer container return, storage, repair, washing, and lifting services. You will negotiate pricing, credit terms, and container acceptance agreements, prepare quotations and service agreements, and verify container information including container number, size/type, condition, and shipping line ownership. You will coordinate with yard operations, container survey, repair, and accounting departments, provide advance forecasts of container inflows and outflows to enable yard preparation, monitor container inflows against targets, maintain existing customer relationships while increasing container volumes, identify and meet with new customers regularly, track and resolve issues related to container returns, damage, costs, and documentation, ensure containers do not exceed yard capacity or company conditions, prepare container inflow reports by customer, shipping line, and container type, and analyze competitor pricing and yard demand in the Laem Chabang–Chonburi area.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and container acceptance agreements
• Prepare quotations and service agreements
• Verify container information such as container number, size/type, condition, and shipping line ownership
• Coordinate with yard operations, container survey, repair, and accounting departments
• Provide advance forecasts of container inflows and outflows
• Monitor container inflows against targets
• Maintain existing customer relationships and increase container volumes per customer

About you

• Age approximately 25–45 years
• Education: Vocational Certificate (ปวช.), Higher Vocational Certificate (ปวส.), or Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience in logistics sales, container yards, shipping lines, freight forwarding, or transport, minimum 1–3 years
• Understanding of empty container return processes, container inflows and outflows, and container yard operations
• Sales skills, presentation ability, and negotiation capability
• Ability to identify new customers and meet with customers independently
• High responsibility, continuous follow-up, and ability to resolve immediate problems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and LINE
• Ability to prepare reports and analyze container volume figures
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Personal vehicle and valid driver's license
