About the role

As a Content Creator at PT Woori Consulting, you will play a key role in designing creative ideas, compiling weekly editorial plans, and executing photography and video shooting to promote the company's consulting services on Instagram, YouTube, and Naver Blog. This position requires high creativity, initiative, and basic post-production technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Compile content planning (Content Calendar) and weekly concepts in a structured manner for Instagram, YouTube, and Naver Blog channels
• Design scripts (scriptwriting), visual storyboards, and short video concepts (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) as well as long-duration informative videos for YouTube
• Act as the main person responsible for photography and video shooting, including camera angle setup, lighting, and audio recording
• Serve as on-camera talent or content guide/voice-over when needed
• Monitor visual trends, social media algorithms, and current topics in the consulting/business industry to apply to content
• Manage raw footage archives (raw video & photos) neatly to facilitate the editing process
• Possess basic video editing capabilities (CapCut/Premiere) and graphic design to support the Editor during peak workload or staff shortages
• Actively collaborate with the Editor team in providing visual concept direction (visual brief) from recordings to align with the original vision
• Assist in supporting article research or post descriptions for the Naver Blog channel

About you

• Minimum D3 or S1 education (preferably in Communication, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Marketing, DKV, or related fields)
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or Videographer (open to Fresh Graduates with relevant and convincing portfolio)
• Experienced in operating cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless or professional-class smartphone cameras), gimbal/stabilizer, and basic audio/lighting equipment
• Basic technical understanding of video editing applications (Premiere Pro / CapCut) and graphic design applications (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva Pro)
• Creative, confident, communicative, and accustomed to working with disciplined weekly content release schedule deadlines
• MUST include portfolio of work (Google Drive link, social media account links previously managed, or sample video of own production)
• Understanding or experience in managing Naver Blog or Korean corporate culture is a significant added value
• English language ability or basic Korean language skills (bonus points)
• Experience creating B2B, career education, business licensing, or professional consulting themed content
