Content Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all product listings across various platforms and social media channels. You will play a crucial part in managing our inventory, ensuring that all products are consistently listed on the Carro site and other advertising platforms. This position is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a seamless process from listing to sale.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all product listings are accurately maintained and up-to-date across internal and external platforms, including the Carro site and other advertising sites.

Monitor inventory in-house and ensure a smooth flow of product listings across all channels.

Track and update listings in our CRM system and external advertising platforms.

Perform basic vehicle cleanliness and ensure all products are ready for sale (may involve some physical tasks).

Take photos of vehicles and products for online listings, ensuring high-quality images are captured that align with company standards.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product listings align with sales objectives.

What You Will Need:
A valid driving license.

Strong proficiency in using computers and working with online platforms.

Basic camera handling skills to capture high-quality photos of vehicles and products.

Knowledge of photo editing software is a plus, but not required.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
