Location: Quezon City / Iloilo City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid, with onsite reporting once a month
Work Schedule: Night Shift, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Summary

The Content Analyst, also known as a Topical Classification Editor, is responsible for reviewing, classifying, and indexing regulatory documents, legislative bills, ballot measures, and executive orders. This role ensures that content is accurately tagged with relevant keywords and that document summaries are regularly reviewed and updated in accordance with internal standards and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and index regulatory documents and legislative bills by assigning accurate and relevant keywords and tags.
• Regularly review and update summaries of regulatory documents and legislative bills to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Review customer requests and content-related updates, including tagging requirements, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards, production targets, timelines, and internal procedures.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Identify content discrepancies, potential errors, and process gaps, and recommend solutions or improvements.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, subject matter experts, and other departments to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to established tracking and scheduling systems.
• Share knowledge, support team members, and contribute to continuous learning and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and handling information.
• Good analytical, research, reading comprehension, and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage deadlines, and meet quality and productivity expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work the night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Willingness to report onsite once a month in either Quezon City or Iloilo City.
