Content & Commerce Marketing Executive

Summary

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Content & Commerce Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team.

Unlike a traditional media role focused mainly on reach and engagement, this position sits at the intersection of content, marketing, commerce and campaign development.

Focusing primarily on the Greater Bay Area (GBA), you will identify emerging consumer, dining, travel, shopping and lifestyle trends, and turn these insights into engaging content and commercially relevant campaigns.

Responsibilities

Content Planning & Management

• Monitor GBA consumer and lifestyle trends across digital platforms and translate relevant insights into content opportunities for Hong Kong audiences.
• Plan and coordinate multi-format content, including articles, social posts and short-form videos.
• Manage internal teams, creators and production timelines to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Campaign & Commercial Development

• Turn audience insights and market trends into campaign concepts, merchant offers, voucher promotions and other commercial opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute campaigns that drive audience action.

Performance Optimisation

• Track key performance indicators, including traffic, click-through rates, purchases and revenue.
• Apply performance insights to improve future content, offers and campaign mechanics.

Business Expansion & Executive Programme Support

• Support GBA and overseas market expansion (“出海”) initiatives.
• Assist with C-level engagement programmes, including executive events, industry initiatives, content projects and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Business or any related disciplines.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital or content marketing, media, social media, e-commerce or campaign management. Fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience will also be considered.

• Strong interest in GBA consumer and lifestyle trends, with good knowledge of local and Mainland platforms such as Instagram, Threads, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat and Dianping.

• Commercially minded, with a basic understanding of digital performance metrics and how content can drive conversion and revenue.

• Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to work across internal teams, merchants, creators and external partners.

• Good written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin; working proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

• AI-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to support research, content ideation, copywriting, summarisation, data analysis and campaign planning. Curious about emerging AI tools and digital trends, with a willingness to test, learn and adopt new applications.
