Content & Communications Intern

Responsibilities

1. Review, update and refine existing training materials.
2. Conduct research and propose to enhance the training content to be more relevant, clearer and more engaging with trainees.
3. Translate the company desired ideas and pointers into well-structured written content.
4. Prepare the announcement, talking pointers, the presentation content.
5. Prepare the presentation slides, training notes and supporting materials for meetings and trainings.  Ensure key relevant pointers and content are included and updated fully.
6. Coordinate with relevant department to gather information and incorporate feedback.
7. Perform any other related content and communications job roles as and when assigned.

Requirements

1. Local University Undergraduate.
2. Strong Command of English Language.
3. Strong in English written communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
5. Meticulous and keen to Learn and Grow in communication and content creation.
6. Available for a minimum two (2) months’ period of internship.
7. Able to handle confidential information discreetly.

Other Information

• Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm
