What they need

Full-time · Reports to: Content & Creative Manager
2–4 years in content or creative, with experience briefing or directing creators and editors.

For a creative who lives in short-form — someone who can land a hook, structure a script, and build a series people actually finish. You'll own the content ideas across four very different accounts, set the visual tone for both video and stills, brief the team to execute, and read the weekly numbers to sharpen the next round. This is content as an FMCG marketing engine, not a production house — no big film crews, just fast, repeatable formats that work. We'll give you a team (designers, creators, editors), and the room to coach them into thinking for themselves. You own the ideas and the quality bar; strategy, paid media, and pricing sit elsewhere.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the Ideas — Hooks, Scripts, Series

  • Generate short-form ideas (TikTok / Reels / Shorts) tuned to each of the four accounts' distinct tones.
  • Write the hook and script structure before the team executes.
  • Design repeatable series formats — fast for the team to produce, easy for viewers to remember.
  • Pitch and approve non-ad content yourself; you don't wait on a brief for that.

Creative / Art Direction

  • Set each account's visual tone and storytelling approach — references and mood boards before the team starts.
  • Be the one who decides what's good enough, video and stills alike.
  • Keep the marketplace and point-of-sale stills (made by the designers) consistent with the video look.

Content Calendar

  • Gather requests from brand marketing, channel sales, and product innovation, and turn them into a monthly calendar across all four accounts.
  • Spell out audience, objective, format, account, owner, and post date for each piece.
  • Judge honestly when incoming work exceeds the team's capacity — and offer options before saying yes.

Brief & Distribute

  • Write briefs to creators, editors, and designers from the ideas you've shaped.
  • Balance work across the team's capacity and strengths, and decide priority when something jumps the queue.
  • Manage freelancers and KOLs from brief to sign-off.

Check Against Idea & Claims

  • Verify each piece matches the intended hook and tone before it goes out.
  • Check product facts, claims, price, and promotion terms — with QA when needed.

Read the Numbers, Then Adjust

  • Watch each account's weekly results — watch time, completion rate, views vs. the account's own average.
  • Call which hooks and formats are working, and direct the next round accordingly.

Coach the Team

  • Let the team pitch their own ideas and hooks, and give feedback with creative reasoning — not personal taste.
  • Feed per-person performance into your manager's reviews, and help interview candidates for the team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-have

  • Bachelor's in communications, design, digital media, marketing, or related.
  • 2–4 years in content or creative.
  • Have briefed or directed content creators or video editors — a formal "lead" title isn't required.
  • A short-form portfolio of ideas you came up with yourself, with real numbers: views, watch time, completion rate.
  • Understand each channel's requirements, viewer behavior, and differing file specs.
  • Adobe Suite or Canva plus video editing — enough to review and fix the team's work yourself.
  • Juggle many pieces at once under clashing deadlines.

Nice-to-have

  • FMCG or food & beverage — especially food and product photography.
  • Know FDA food-advertising rules and nutrition-claim requirements.
  • Made content for marketplace and point-of-sale.
  • Worked with KOLs.
