Hours: 15–20 hours/week
Reports to: Growth Architect
Key Collaborators: Founder, Graphic Designer, Paid Ads Team, Email Marketing Lead & Customer Support

About the Role

A client is looking for a Part-Time Content & Creator Growth Manager to help grow our organic content and creator ecosystem.

You’ll manage creator and podcast outreach, build a steady flow of customer UGC and reviews, coordinate the founder’s monthly content sessions, and ensure fresh content reaches our design and paid media teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Creator & Podcast Outreach: Research and contact 10–12 relevant clean beauty, wellness, faith-based and lifestyle creators/podcasts each week; manage gifting, affiliate opportunities and follow-ups.
• UGC & Reviews: Build relationships with repeat customers and creators to collect video reviews, testimonials and other user-generated content.
• Founder Content: Coordinate a monthly 45–60 minute founder recording session and turn raw footage into content ideas, hooks and briefs for the design team.
• Social Media: Schedule 15–20 weekly posts/pins across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest using approved creative assets.
• Content Management: Organize and route creator/customer content to the appropriate Design and Paid Media folders with consistent naming and organization.
• Growth & Research: Monitor competitor activity through Meta Ad Library, identify useful content trends and share actionable insights.
• Reporting: Participate in the weekly Growth Architect sync and provide a concise weekly performance update.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in social media, content marketing, creator/influencer marketing or brand growth
• Strong communication and outreach skills
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and UGC
• Comfortable coordinatin

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
