CONTENT & CREATOR SPECIALIST

Position Summary:
The Content & Creator Specialist is the content and creative lead for Graton's social and content function. This role drives the content strategy, capture & creation, the calendar, and leads the creator / influencer relationships.

Essential Functions:

1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.

2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and procedures.

Content Strategy & Calendar

3. Own content strategy and planning across platforms, translating marketing, promotional, and acquisition goals into a clear content plan.

4. Own and manage the content calendar, with the content / social team providing direction and final approval.

5. Lead the group content planning process, including the 90-day look-ahead and reactive, in-the-moment content.

Content Capture & Creation

6. Lead content capture and creation, shooting and producing photo and video content on property and at events.

7. Develop and shape social-first concepts, formats, campaigns, shoots, recurring series, trends, and timely content opportunities, setting the creative bar for the team.

8. Produce, edit, and finish content to brand standard, ensuring creative consistency and quality across deliverables.

Creator & Influencer Relationships

9. Own creator and influencer relationships and the program end to end, working direct and/or with agency partners on sourcing and negotiation, scheduling, property access, hospitality, itineraries, deliverables, disclosure requirements, and follow up.

10. Coordinate creator hospitality, VIP coordination, and creator meetups, each with a clear content capture plan.

11. Confirm that creator agreements, content permissions, usage rights, required disclosures, and approvals are in place before content is used or published.

• Required Qualifications:

  1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.

  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  3. 3+ years in content strategy, content creation, or creator and partnership roles.

  4. Demonstrated experience owning content strategy and calendar planning.

  5. Strong photo, video, and editing skills (Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar).

  6. Experience managing creator or influencer relationships and programs.

  7. Comfort and confidence as an on-camera and guest-facing brand representative.

  8. Familiarity with content rights, permissions, and required disclosures.

  9. Must be 21 years of age or older.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Gaming or hospitality industry experience preferred

  Physical Requirements:

  1. Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

  2. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds with or without assistance.

  3. Ability to sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer.

  4. Ability to maneuver through the property to support photo shoots, event activations and team meetings.

Age Requirement: 21 years of age or older

Pay Rate: $69,000 Annually
