Content & Growth Lead

About the role

The Content & Growth Lead is responsible for leading HYGR's content strategy and execution across all social media platforms. This role bridges content, analytics, and growth by translating performance data into actionable content strategies that improve reach, engagement, conversions, and ad creative effectiveness. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — able to analyse content performance, guide the creative team, and step in to execute when necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars across all HYGR social media channels and managing different content teams
• Plan content pillars aligned with product launches, campaigns, seasonal moments, and business objectives
• Identify content opportunities, trends, and consumer insights
• Ensure content output supports both brand awareness and sales objectives
• Analyse weekly and monthly content performance across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Monitor key metrics including reach, engagement, watch time, retention rates, CTR, and conversions
• Identify winning hooks, formats, angles, and content themes
• Lead and guide content creators, editors, interns, and designers
• Review content concepts, scripts, hooks, and creative direction
• Build a system to identify high-performing organic content and adapt it for paid advertising
