Perf is a global marketplace connecting people with trusted locals who can help with anything — from photography and local experiences to errands and everyday support.

We’re looking for a creative, motivated person who wants to be part of an early-stage startup and help build something from 0 to 1.

What You’ll Do

• Create Instagram/TikTok content (Reels, posts, stories)
• Develop creative content ideas and growth strategies
• Build Perf’s online community

• Comfortable working independently
• Experience with content creation is a plus

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed salary or hourly pay. You will earn a commission for each booking we get. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and wants direct upside tied to the growth they help create.
