Content & Lead Conversion Executive

About the role

You will be responsible for growing social media presence through high-quality short-form content while ensuring incoming leads are properly contacted, nurtured and converted into appointments. This role combines content creation with lead management and conversion, tracking the full funnel from content to enquiries to qualified leads to appointments to transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop social-media content ideas
• Film short-form videos and property content
• Edit Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
• Develop attention-grabbing hooks and captions
• Turn property knowledge and client stories into engaging content
• Film property tours, trainings, client case studies and behind-the-scenes activities
• Respond quickly to incoming enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls
• Understand prospect property requirements and qualify buyer and seller intentions
• Schedule qualified appointments and follow up consistently with warm prospects
• Maintain proper CRM records and track lead source and conversion performance

About you

• Creative and commercially minded
• Comfortable speaking to strangers
• Confident using WhatsApp and phone calls
• Strong in short-form video creation
• Able to film and edit independently
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Good at writing hooks and captions
• Organised with follow-ups
• Comfortable being measured by KPIs
• Fast-moving, proactive and willing to test new ideas
