Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can bring ideas to life through engaging visual and video content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating short-form videos, Reels, Stories, carousels, and other social media assets while keeping up with the latest trends and platform formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, Stories, carousels, and other social media content .
• Develop creative concepts and content ideas based on brand goals, campaigns, and current trends.
• Plan and produce content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X .
• Write basic video scripts, hooks, captions, CTAs, and content briefs when required.
• Handle basic content shoots and coordinate with the creative team for production.
• Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, or similar software .
• Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for various platforms.
• Follow social media trends, viral formats, sounds, hashtags, and audience behavior.
• Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, marketers, and account teams to execute campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual style, and messaging.
• Review content performance and suggest new ideas based on engagement and audience response.
• Contribute creative ideas for promotional, awareness, lead-generation, and client campaigns.
• Manage multiple content requirements and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital content, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of short-form video and social media content .
• Hands-on experience with Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other social formats .
• Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to identify and adapt quickly to social media trends.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and engagement.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with a digital marketing agency or multiple brands will be an advantage.
• Portfolio of previous content creation work is required.
