Content & Pursuits Coordinator

Heavy creates bold, unexpected work in the built world. We’re looking for a Content & Pursuits Coordinator to help tell the stories behind our projects and support the proposals, relationships and marketing activities that grow our business.

Reporting to the Director of Client Development & Marketing, you’ll work closely with our sales team and external marketing agency. This role combines hands-on content creation with proposal support and marketing coordination ideal for someone who enjoys finding a great story and keeping multiple priorities moving.

What You’ll Do

• Create content: Capture photos, videos and stories across our studio, shop and project sites, showcasing our people, processes, prototypes and installations. Create and schedule social content, including graphics and copy, and coordinate approvals.
• Support proposals and pursuits: Assemble proposal packages using approved messaging, templates and brand assets. Gather project details, photography, team information and client testimonials, tailoring materials to each opportunity and helping meet submission deadlines.
• Coordinate agency and sales activities: Manage requests, schedules, approvals and asset delivery between Heavy and our marketing agency. Support campaigns and gather inputs for marketing performance reporting.
• Keep sales information current: Maintain Pipedrive CRM records, research and vet project leads, and prepare agendas and materials for sales and pipeline meetings.
• Coordinate photography: Arrange professional photo shoots throughout the project lifecycle, manage photographer relationships, and coordinate usage rights and licensing.
• Support events: Organize logistics for Lunch & Learns, studio and shop tours, client events, conferences and trade shows, including registration, travel, shipping and staffing. Capture content that extends their reach.
• Keep marketing organized: Maintain libraries of photography, video, case studies, templates and brand assets. Manage marketing calendars, merchandise and printed materials, vendor coordination, invoicing and scheduling.
• Improve how we work: Help onboard new tools and partners, and identify ways to improve how content, information and opportunities move between teams.

What You Bring

• At least two years of experience in marketing, content creation, communications, sales coordination or a similar role.
• Experience creating photo and video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to make technical or complex information clear and engaging.
• An eye for design, photography and storytelling, with an understanding of brand consistency.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence approaching colleagues, asking questions and uncovering stories worth sharing.
• A proactive approach, ownership of your work and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Experience in B2B, architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, design or another creative industry is an asset, as is familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive.
