Content & Social Media Associate/Executive

Job Summary

Were looking for a Content Social Media Executive who is excited about content, distribution, and building a brand in a category that is still evolving.

This role sits at the intersection of content creation, social media growth, and investor education. Youll work closely with the founders and leadership team to create content that helps people better understand investing and alternative investment products.

Were looking for someone who enjoys breaking down complex ideas, generating new content angles, and figuring out what works across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Whether youre from a creative agency, have built your own social pages, studied engineering, finance, economics, or something completely different, what matters most is your ability to think clearly, write well, learn quickly, and stay curious.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation Ideation (Primary Responsibility)

• Write and support creation of:
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Instagram content
  • Blogs and newsletters
  • Video scripts
  • Short marketing copies
• Generate multiple content ideas, hooks, and formats around:
  • Investing
  • Financial markets
  • Industry trends
  • Product and founder narratives
• Turn research, market updates, and internal discussions into clear and engaging content
• Learn how to simplify complex financial concepts without losing accuracy

2. Social Media Growth Distribution (Primary Responsibility)

• Support growth of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other distribution channels
• Understand what drives engagement:
  • Hooks
  • Retention
  • Sharing
  • Distribution
• Experiment with:
  • Different content formats
  • Posting styles
  • Headlines
  • Captions
  • Creative angles
• Track content performance and identify what is working and what isnt
• Help repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats and channels

3. Video Content Support

• Assist with content shoots and recording sessions
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required
• Help create simple videos using a smartphone and basic editing tools
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and freelancers when needed

4. Events Community Support

• Support execution of webinars, events, and community initiatives
• Assist with content and promotion before and after events

AI Tools (Strong Plus)

We actively use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of our content workflows.

Good familiarity with any of the following is a plus:

• Gemini
• Claude
• ChatGPT
• Canva
• CapCut
• InShot

Were looking for people who can use these tools to generate ideas, improve drafts, and think faster.

What Were Looking For

• 0-1 years of experience, Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong written communication skills
• Curiosity about content, social media, and distribution
• Interest in finance, investing, markets, or willingness to learn
• Comfortable experimenting and receiving feedback
• Ability to think independently and execute consistently

Relevant Backgrounds May Include

• Creative and social media agencies (Schbang, Sociowash, WATConsult, etc.)
• Content creators or operators who have managed their own pages
• Engineering, commerce, economics, finance, or business graduates
• Anyone who has demonstrated strong writing, content, or audience-building skills
