Job Summary

Insynova Agency is looking for a creative and organized Content & Social Media Manager to develop engaging digital content and manage social media activities for our clients and brand. The ideal candidate can combine strong writing, creativity, content planning, and social media management to build consistent and engaging online presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars
• Create engaging written and visual content for social media
• Write captions, posts, articles, promotional copy, and other digital content
• Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
• Schedule and publish content
• Research trends, topics, competitors, and audience interests
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
• Develop content ideas and campaigns
• Repurpose existing content for different platforms
• Monitor basic social media analytics and performance
• Prepare content and social media reports
• Collaborate with clients and other members of the Insynova team
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and content best practices

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent English grammar and proofreading ability
• Creativity and strong attention to detail
• Understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple content tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable computer and internet connection

Candidates with experience in content writing, copywriting, social media management, digital marketing, blogging, or content creation are encouraged to apply.

Entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio or demonstrated social media/content skills are also welcome.
