Content & Support Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content & Support Officer to manage both customer support interactions and content-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day support by assisting with operational processes.

· Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely and professional resolution within defined TATs.

· Coordinate with relevant teams to gather information, resolve customer concerns, and improve processes.

· Perform manual testing of applications, websites, features, and content.

· Create, review, and maintain content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.

· Document and report testing results, defects, and relevant business activities.

Required Qualification and Skills

· Intermediate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with documentation and content support tools.

· Graphic designing experience or familiarity with design tools is a plus.

· Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
