Content Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

1. Content & Social Media

• Take photos and videos of daily school life.
• Cover school events, trips, academic activities, celebrations, and other important occasions.
• Create content for social media, including Reels, Stories, and static posts.
• Edit simple photos and short videos when needed.
• Identify interesting moments and activities around the school that can be used as content.
• Work with the Marketing Department on planned social media content.

2. Yearbook

• Support the preparation and coordination of the annual school yearbook.
• Coordinate with teachers and departments to gather yearbook content and information.
• Organise and maintain yearbook photographs and files throughout the academic year.
• Support the yearbook layout and preparation before final production.

3. Marketing & Communication

• Support Use approved KC templates and follow the school s brand guidelines.
• Support design work for events, social media, and school communications when needed.
• Keep track of upcoming school events and activities that require marketing coverage.
• Communicate with teachers and departments to arrange content coverage and gather relevant information.
• Support other marketing and communication tasks when required.
