Content Coordinator – Part-Time

We’re looking for a creative, energetic Content Coordinator to help capture and share the people, projects, and stories that bring our brand to life.

This role will primarily focus on capturing and creating engaging photo and video content for our social media channels. The Content Coordinator will spend time in the field visiting job sites, offices, company events, and other locations to capture authentic content, then turn that footage into engaging social media content.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has a creative eye, understands social media, and isn't afraid to jump in, talk to people, and find great content opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for content creation, social media, photography, and video.

• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends.

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.

• Creative eye and ability to recognize a great content opportunity.

• Comfortable interacting with employees and customers and helping people feel natural on camera.

• Organized, dependable, and able to manage their own schedule and priorities.

• Self-starter who can take an idea and run with it.

• Willing and able to travel locally to job sites, offices, and events.

• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events as needed.

• Capture photo and video content at job sites, offices, company events, home shows, and other locations.

• Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

• Develop social media posts, captions, graphics, and supporting content.

• Identify opportunities to showcase our team, company culture, customers, projects, and services.

• Work with employees and customers to capture interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and educational content.

• Repurpose existing photos, videos, and marketing assets into fresh social content.

• Assist with scheduling and publishing social media content.

• Stay current on social media trends and identify ideas that make sense for our brand.

• Organize photo and video assets for future use.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Associate on content priorities, campaigns, and upcoming events.

• Ensure content follows company branding and messaging standards.
