Content Creation Officer

Job Summary

Bin Bakar International is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and visually skilled Female Content Creator to join our E-Commerce Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production, storytelling, cinematography and social media content creation, with the ability to develop engaging visual content that strengthens brand identity and supports marketing objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating and coordinating promotional videos, product reels, brand stories and advertising content while collaborating closely with designers and the marketing team to develop impactful creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging brand stories and creative visual content aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Conceptualize and develop promotional video ideas for advertisements, product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Create high-quality video reels and short-form content showcasing products and brands for social media platforms.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including basic production planning, framing, lighting, and shot composition.
• Oversee video editing to ensure high-quality visuals, engaging storytelling and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and the marketing team to develop creative concepts and effective advertising campaigns.
• Brainstorm innovative content ideas, trends and storytelling approaches to enhance brand engagement.
• Ensure all content meets quality standards and is delivered within agreed timelines.
• Stay updated on social media trends, video formats and creative techniques to improve content performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking, Cinematography, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role within the media, advertising, or marketing industry.
• A portfolio demonstrating video production, product reels, promotional videos and creative storytelling is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Good understanding of cinematography, video composition, lighting and production techniques.
• Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Understanding of social media content formats and trends, particularly Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and TikTok videos.
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and marketing professionals.
• Good communication, time management and organizational skills.

Job Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore, Pakistan

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
