About Advance Acquisition

Advance Acquisition is looking for a Content Creation Specialist to support the development of high-quality content across digital channels.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys turning ideas into clear, engaging content and is comfortable working across different formats, including social media, website content, email, short-form campaigns, and visual assets.

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider marketing and commercial team to help communicate the company’s services, strengthen brand visibility, and support ongoing marketing and lead-generation activity.

The Role

As a Content Creation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Creating written and visual content for social media, website, email, and marketing campaigns.
• Developing content ideas based on business priorities, audience needs, and current campaigns.
• Writing and editing clear, engaging copy for different digital channels.
• Supporting the creation of short-form video, graphics, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Maintaining content calendars and helping coordinate publishing schedules.
• Repurposing existing content into different formats for multiple channels.
• Conducting basic market, competitor, and audience research to support content planning.
• Working with the marketing team to ensure content is consistent with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
• Reviewing content performance and using engagement data to improve future content.
• Supporting ad hoc creative and communication projects as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong written communication skills.
• Can adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
• Has a good sense of structure, storytelling, and visual presentation.
• Is organised and able to manage multiple pieces of content at the same time.
• Has good attention to detail.
• Is comfortable receiving feedback and revising work.
• Is proactive and able to contribute new content ideas.
• Has an interest in digital marketing, branding, social media, or business communications.

A degree is not essential, although backgrounds in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Advertising, Business, Design, or a related field may be beneficial.

• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Short-form video editing

Relevant freelance work, university projects, personal content channels, portfolios, or previous internships are welcome.
