Content Creation VA

Job Summary:
We have an opening for a skilled Video Editor to produce engaging short-form video content, centered mainly on Instagram Reels. You'll transform raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping content that fits a distinct brand style and the needs of several client accounts. We need someone experienced in short-form editing, adaptable to varied creative directions, and comfortable stepping into related digital marketing and social media tasks as priorities shift each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and create short-form video content, with Instagram Reels as the main focus
• Align editing style with established brand aesthetics and creative direction
• Provide finished, ready-to-publish video files for review and approval
• Manage content for multiple client accounts, each with its own style and requirements
• Help with additional social media and digital marketing tasks when video volume dips
• Contribute to copywriting, email content, or basic marketing support as required
• Send end-of-shift reports that summarize completed work
• Log time precisely in shared tracking tools
• Accommodate faster turnaround on urgent video requests when needed

Mandatory Skills:

• Demonstrated experience editing short-form video for Instagram Reels or similar platforms
• Proficient with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
• Solid command of pacing, hooks, captions, and short-form video trends
• Ability to follow and match a defined brand style
• Diligent, detail-minded, and able to work without oversight
• Strong communication skills and quick responsiveness

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools
• Experience writing copy or social media captions
• Working knowledge of podcast or long-form audio/video editing
• Experience producing content for several clients or brands at once
• Grasp of Instagram growth and engagement best practices
• Ability to manage several projects in tandem
