Content Creation VA

Job Summary:
We'd love to meet a creative Social Media Content Manager to lead content creation and posting on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You'll create and edit engaging content, including video, for two distinct areas of our work, and occasionally help with presentation and slide deck design. The role is entirely focused on content and does not involve client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Edit video content for social platforms
• Schedule and publish posts across every active platform
• Develop content for two distinct practice areas, adjusting tone and messaging for each
• Keep a consistent posting cadence and visual brand identity across channels
• Provide occasional help building presentations and slide decks
• Follow social media trends and suggest content ideas suited to each platform
• Concentrate solely on content creation and publishing; this role does not include client-facing communication or DM handling

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience creating and editing content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Strong video editing skills
• Excellent writing and visual storytelling ability
• Comfortable adapting content tone and style across different topic areas
• Punctual, precise, and independent
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Substack or newsletter-style content
• Experience designing presentations or slide decks (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva)
• Background creating content for professional services or legal industries
• Ability to manage multiple content streams or topic areas at the same time
