Content creative Intern

🎬 WE'RE LOOKING FOR A SHOOT + EDITING INTERN!

You know that person who can't watch a movie, scroll Instagram or even attend a family function without thinking, "I could've shot this better"?

We might have a job for them. (And yes, we're talking about you.)

FIRST, A LITTLE ABOUT US.

We're Blooming Brains, a startup on a mission to make childhood a little better, one screen at a time. We're building India's first cohesive Media Health Improvement Programme, helping parents understand what their children watch, how it affects them and how to build healthier screen habits. Think less mindless scrolling, more meaningful screen time. We're serious about childhood, but we promise we're not boring.

NOW, ABOUT THE JOB.

We're looking for a Shoot + Editing Intern who loves making things, has an eye for interesting moments and knows that sometimes the best reel starts with a completely ridiculous idea.

WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO:

• Shooting reels, videos and other fun bits of social content.
• Editing short-form videos that make people stop scrolling.
• Coming up with creative ideas and figuring out how to bring them to life.
• Helping us plan and execute shoots, from the first shot to the last "one more take".
• Experimenting, trying things, making mistakes and occasionally creating something brilliant by accident.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone who knows their way around a camera or phone camera.
• Someone comfortable with video editing tools.
• A good eye for framing, timing, transitions and storytelling.
• A curious mind that is always collecting ideas.
• Someone who takes their work seriously, but not themselves too seriously.

A fancy degree or a portfolio that looks like it belongs at Cannes? Not necessary. Just show us what you've made. Even if it's a video of your dog doing absolutely nothing.
