Content Creative / Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor / Content Creative.

We want someone who understands content, can create strong hooks, and is comfortable with AI tools.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms
• Edit advertising videos
• Turn raw footage into polished, engaging content
• Create strong hooks, transitions, captions, animations, and visual effects
• Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, graphics, and other elements where appropriate
• Work with creative briefs and turn ideas into finished videos
• Use AI tools to generate or enhance video, images, voiceovers, scripts, graphics, and other content
• Stay updated with current social media content trends and formats
• Repurpose existing content into different videos and formats
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand style
• Organize project files and deliver completed content on time

Required Skills

Should be comfortable with professional video editing software such as:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• CapCut

You should have a good understanding of:

• Video editing and storytelling
• Pacing and timing
• Visual composition
• Typography and captions
• Music and sound design
• Transitions and effects
• Color correction/basic color grading
• Social media video formats and dimensions
• Creating attention-grabbing first 1–3 seconds
• Editing content specifically for viewer retention

AI Skills

You should be comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative workflow.

Examples include tools for:

• AI video generation
• AI image generation
• AI voiceovers
• AI avatars
• AI-assisted editing
• Background/object removal
• Generating creative concepts
• Script and content ideation
• Image/video enhancement
• Creating visual effects

Requirements

• Previous experience in video editing/content creation
• Strong knowledge of at least one professional video editing tool
• Good understanding of short-form social media content
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and visual effects
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual creativity
• Experience using AI tools for content creation is strongly preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work from our Lahore office

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
