Position Overview

We’re growing and looking for a creative, driven Content Creator / Account Manager to join our team! This hybrid role blends content creation with client relationship management. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish engaging content across social media, websites, and digital platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal design, video, and web teams to execute marketing strategies.
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with client goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and present insights and recommendations to clients.
• Write, edit, and proofread content while maintaining each client’s brand voice and standards.
• Manage multiple client projects, approval processes, and deadlines.

Skills Needed

• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Basic graphic design and video-editing skills preferred.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge Required

• Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Awareness of current trends in social media and digital storytelling.
• Knowledge of client service best practices and account management.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting.

Ability to Implement

• Translate client goals into actionable content strategies.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Adapt tone and messaging to fit diverse client brands.
• Analyze engagement data to refine content and improve results.
• Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Carry content projects from initial concept through client approval and publication.
• Respond constructively to feedback and revise creative work as needed.
