Content Creator — AI-Enabled Content Production

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms using filming, editing, AI-assisted production tools, and clear storytelling to make each content piece more engaging and memorable.
• Develop content ideas, scripts, hooks, and campaign concepts, using AI to speed up ideation and concept testing.
• Use AI tools throughout daily production for visuals, video generation, editing, auto-captions, voice, and BM/EN subtitle localization.
• Research social media trends, viral formats, fashion references, and audience behaviour, then adapt relevant ideas into brand-appropriate content.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to execute content plans, promotional campaigns, product launches, and ad hoc on-screen or hosting support when required.
• Monitor content performance, identify what drives views, engagement, traffic, and sales, and apply learnings to future content.
• Maintain quality control across AI-generated and manually produced content, ensuring visuals, products, information and messaging remain accurate and on-brand.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, marketing, media, or related fields.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, short-form content, and current social media formats.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI Content tools and a genuine interest in using them daily for ideation, scripting, visuals, video generation, editing, and content enhancement (you don't need to be an expert, but you should already be experimenting)
• Strong creative sense with a good eye for storytelling, hooks, humour, pacing, and content that attracts attention.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable appearing on camera or supporting hosting tasks is an advantage;
• Good fashion sense and understanding of streetwear, styling, OOTD, visual trends is a plus
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Kota Damansara.
