CONTENT CREATOR (ALL NATIONALITY)

About the role

• Conceptualize, plan and produce high-quality digital and visual content across multiple platforms and formats.
• Work closely with the marketing team/management team to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create engaging written content, captions, and multimedia assets for social media, websites and marketing campaigns.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent delivery of creative materials according to project timelines.
• Research current trends, audience preferences and competitor activities to inform content strategy and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design and communications to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Edit, optimize and prepare content for publication across various digital platforms.
• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust creative strategies based on audience engagement and feedback.
• Maintain organised digital asset libraries and ensure proper documentation of all creative work.
• Plan and execute content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation..
• Produce and coordinate short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging content formats, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive brand presence.
• Manage relationships with influencers, content partners, and external production vendors when required.
• Assist with content localization and adaptation for different target audiences and markets.

About You

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Experience creating content for social media, videos, and written storytelling skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent content creation tools.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating content specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and content funnel strategies.
• Confidence using AI tools to create and improve content.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
• Proficient photography and video editing skills.
• Experience using content performance data to improve results.
• Ability to appear on camera, conduct interviews, or create presenter-style content is an advantage.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of branding, copywriting, and visual storytelling principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English and/or Chinese would be an advantage.
