About Alayn

Alayn is an AI-powered hospitality platform helping cafés, restaurants and food businesses understand their operations, improve performance and make better decisions.

We are looking for a confident, creative and camera-friendly Content Creator & Brand Representative to become one of the faces of Alayn.

This role combines content creation, social media, hospitality experiences and client acquisition. You will spend time visiting cafés and restaurants, creating engaging content, appearing in Instagram Reels and YouTube videos, speaking with restaurant owners and helping Alayn build relationships with potential clients.

The Role

You will be the person people see when Alayn goes out into the real world.

You will visit cafés, restaurants and hospitality businesses across Mumbai, create engaging social-first content, interview owners and teams, participate in Reels and YouTube videos, and help introduce Alayn to potential customers.

We are looking for someone who is naturally comfortable in front of a camera and around people — someone who can turn a simple café visit into a story worth watching.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media

• Appear in Alayn's Instagram Reels, short-form videos and YouTube content.
• Visit cafés, restaurants and hospitality businesses to create original content.
• Develop engaging concepts, hooks, interviews and stories around food, hospitality, business and technology.
• Host café/restaurant features, interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create trend-led and culturally relevant content for Instagram and YouTube.
• Represent the Alayn brand professionally while interacting with business owners, chefs, managers and customers.
• Assist with content planning, scripting and shoot coordination.
• Identify interesting locations, businesses, trends and stories that could become Alayn content.

Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Identify potential cafés and restaurants that could benefit from Alayn.
• Approach and introduce Alayn to restaurant owners, founders and managers.
• Build genuine relationships with hospitality businesses rather than relying on hard selling.
• Support lead generation through content, networking, outreach and in-person visits.
• Arrange introductory conversations or demonstrations with potential clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain basic lead records.
• Represent Alayn professionally during client meetings and hospitality events.

On-Camera & Brand Representation

• Act as an on-camera host and recognisable face of Alayn.
• Present confidently and naturally in front of the camera.
• Participate in interviews, demonstrations, street/café content and educational videos.
• Communicate Alayn's products and ideas in a simple, engaging way.
• Be comfortable travelling around Mumbai for shoots and client visits.

Content Editing — Advantage

• Edit Instagram Reels, Shorts and other social-first videos.
• Add captions, transitions, music, hooks and basic motion graphics.
• Understand pacing, retention and what makes short-form content engaging.
• Repurpose longer videos into short-form content.
• Work with existing brand assets and maintain Alayn's visual identity.

• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and current content trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.
• Professional appearance and strong personal presentation.
• Comfortable travelling across Mumbai for shoots and meetings.
• Willingness to speak with business owners and support client acquisition.
• Self-motivated, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Skills That Would Be a Strong Advantage

• Video editing — CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
• Photography and videography.
• Scriptwriting and storytelling.
• Social media management.
• Experience creating Reels or YouTube content.
• Previous modelling, presenting, hosting or influencer/content-creator experience.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, sales or business development.
• Basic understanding of AI, technology or SaaS products.
