Content Creator & Community Manager - Contract

We're looking for a creative, social-first Content Creator & Community Manager to help grow the presence of a leading consumer brand across TikTok, Instagram and emerging social platforms. This is a hands-on role combining content creation, community engagement and social planning.

What You'll Do

• Create, film and edit engaging short-form content for TikTok, Reels and Stories.
• Develop platform-native content including demos, transformations, tutorials, educational content and trend-led formats.
• Write captions, hooks and scripts that drive engagement.
• Manage daily community engagement across comments, DMs and mentions.
• Drive conversation through polls, reactive content and community-first engagement tactics.
• Support content scheduling and maintain the social content calendar.
• Monitor trends, audience sentiment and performance insights to inform future content.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience creating social-first content for consumer-facing brands.
• Strong video editing skills across CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator trends and platform best practices.
• Experience managing brand communities and driving engagement.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst balancing creativity with brand guidelines.
