Job Title: Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. In this hybrid role, you will be the visual voice and strategic engine behind our brand—responsible for creating engaging product videos, managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), and driving overall digital marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Video Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content showcasing our products.
• Script and create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook videos, and stories that resonate with our target audience.
• Stay updated on trending audio, viral formats, and social media video best practices.

Social Media Management:

• Schedule, post, and optimize daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Write catchy, brand-aligned captions and perform hashtag research.
• Monitor channel activity, engage with followers, answer product inquiries, and foster community growth.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive e-commerce sales.
• Manage paid social advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager / Instagram & Facebook Ads) including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion rates), and prepare monthly analytical reports.
• Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and promo strategies where needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in video content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or links to past video work, social accounts managed, or successful marketing campaigns is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software/apps (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva).
• Ad Management: Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager).
• Copywriting: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for caption writing and ad copy.
• Self-Starter: Ability to manage projects independently from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay Range: 10,100 to 15,000
