Content Creator and Distribution Specialist

Role Overview

We are launching a branded Arabic language podcast across YouTube and major podcast platforms and are seeking a driven, self-motivated professional to lead content distribution, audience growth, and performance optimization. The podcast content is fully in Arabic; therefore the candidate must have a strong command and deep understanding of Arabic to accurately identify key moments, extract compelling hooks, and craft culturally relevant messaging.

This role is responsible not only for repurposing existing long form YouTube content into high performing short form assets, but also for creating additional content that drives traffic, engagement, and subscriber growth across platforms. The ideal candidate is strategic, execution focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced launch environment where experimentation and iteration are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Repurposing & Distribution

• Edit and cut long form YouTube podcast episodes into short form vertical and horizontal assets suitable for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms. Extract high impact Arabic quotes, hooks, and key moments to maximize reach and engagement. Develop a structured weekly content calendar aligned with episode launches. Optimize Arabic titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and metadata for YouTube and podcast platforms to improve discoverability. Ensure timely and consistent publishing across all distribution channels.

2. Growth Focused Content Creation

• Develop additional supporting content in Arabic designed to drive traffic to full episodes, including teaser clips, quote cards, carousels, behind the scenes content, and thought leadership posts. Identify trending formats and platform specific best practices to enhance organic reach. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging and positioning. Continuously test hooks, formats, and creative angles to improve engagement and retention.

3. Newsletter Management

• Plan and execute a weekly newsletter aligned with podcast themes. Write compelling Arabic subject lines and content summaries that drive click through to episodes. Monitor open rates, click through rates, and audience growth. Recommend improvements based on performance data.

4. Paid Media & Boosting

• Plan and execute paid boosting strategies across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Identify high performing organic content suitable for paid amplification. Monitor budget allocation, cost per result, and return on ad spend. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.

5. Reporting & Strategy Enhancement

• Develop and share weekly performance reports covering growth metrics, engagement, audience insights, and paid results. Track KPIs including views, watch time, subscriber growth, downloads, newsletter performance, and paid conversion metrics. Provide clear strategic recommendations to enhance performance and scale growth. Refine content and distribution strategy based on analytics and audience behaviour.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing YouTube and multi-platformcontent distribution. Strong video editing skills and understanding of short form content trends. Experience with newsletter platforms and email marketing strategy. Hands on experience managing paid media campaigns across social platforms. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
