Location: Central Florida | In person, with travel to job sites and events

We’re looking for a dependable, creative person to help tell the stories of our businesses while supporting day-to-day field operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety. You might photograph a kitchen renovation, film baseball content, capture warehouse activity, create a product listing, or deliver samples to a customer.

You’ll work across brands in home remodeling, sports, and e-commerce. The right person can create engaging content, stay organized, and represent our team professionally wherever the day takes them.

What you’ll do

• Capture photos and short-form video at remodeling projects, warehouses, sports events, and other locations.
• Edit and post content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
• Write clear captions and help respond to audience engagement.
• Create and maintain product listings on marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Whatnot.
• Organize photos and videos by brand, project, and product so the team can find and reuse them.
• Help with field errands, including picking up supplies or documents, delivering samples, and handling project returns.
• Track content performance and suggest ideas based on what customers respond to.
• Interact courteously with customers, installers, vendors, drivers, and event participants.

What we’re looking for

• Experience creating photos, videos, and written content for digital platforms, with examples of your work to share.
• A good eye for composition and the ability to capture useful footage with a modern smartphone or camera.
• Ability to edit short-form video and create graphics using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong writing, proofreading, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt when priorities or locations change.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
• Comfort working at active construction sites, in warehouses, and at outdoor sports venues.

Experience with social media scheduling, e-commerce listings, digital advertising, SEO, or analytics is a plus. You do not need to know every platform listed above, but you should be willing to learn.
