Content Creator & Graphic Design (ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น)

About the role

This role involves creating and managing creative content to communicate a Japanese restaurant brand across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE and other online platforms. You will plan content calendars aligned with marketing plans, promotions, seasonal campaigns and festivals, and develop content related to food, new menus, ingredients, restaurant atmosphere, promotions and brand stories.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop creative content to communicate the brand across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE and other online channels
• Plan and prepare content calendars aligned with marketing plans, promotions, seasonal campaigns and festivals
• Create content related to food, new menus, ingredients, restaurant atmosphere, promotions and brand stories
• Photograph and film food, menus, beverages, restaurant atmosphere and various activities for content creation
• Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Reels and social media including food reviews, behind-the-scenes content, menu highlights and promotional content
• Design graphics for social media, promotions, menus, banners, posters, in-store media and advertising materials
• Write captions, headlines and storytelling to make content engaging and communicate the restaurant's brand personality
• Maintain mood, tone and visual identity of content to ensure consistency
• Collaborate on developing creative campaigns to increase awareness, engagement and traffic to the restaurant
• Monitor social media trends, food content, Japanese culture and consumer behaviour to apply to content creation
• Coordinate with operations, chef, marketing and front-of-house teams to gather information and create content
• Track and analyse basic content performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views and conversion to improve content
• Manage and organize photographs, videos and graphic assets systematically
• Contribute ideas for menu design, formatting and development in collaboration with R&D
