Content Creator and Marketer (คอนเทนต์ครีเอเตอร์และนักการตลาด)

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative and effective content ideas for achieving marketing goals for attracting maid applicants and new customers
• Create video content strategy and develop weekly/monthly content execution goals
• Project manage each execution goals with discipline and well thought out planning
• Design and plan each video's story line, structures, casting, acting, scripts, punch lines, etc
• Schedule with actual maids or customers to shoot videos and prepare necessary equipment such as lighting, microphones, etc
• Edit each video with creative animations, texts, and sound effects to capture viewers attention
• Measure performance on Youtube and TikTok, and use results to improve performance of future videos and to create new ideas
• Create other marketing materials for Google ads and website contents

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of video content creating experience
• Ability to create video content end-to-end (idea generation, filming, editing, etc)
• Basic understanding of content creation on TikTok and YouTube
• Basic video editing and scriptwriting skills
• Basic understanding of marketing strategy and goals to achieve business objectives, such as increasing housekeeper applications, new customers, increasing channel followers, etc

Advantages qualifications

• Other marketing experience (advantageous)
• Content writing experience for blogs on websites (advantageous)
• Experience in IT related industry (advantageous)
• Entrepreneurial experiences (advantageous)
