CONTENT CREATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE

📍 Urdaneta City, Pangasinan | Full-time

S&P Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a creative and digitally driven Content Creator & Social Media Associate to help tell our stories, showcase our products and activities, and grow our presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content

• Create Reels, short-form videos, interviews, product features, event highlights, and other digital content

• Cover farm visits, product demonstrations, dealer activities, company events, and field activities

Manage and grow S&P’s social media presence across various platforms

• Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar

• Write engaging captions and prepare content for posting

• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience activity

• Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant content

• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams on campaigns and promotions

• Monitor basic social media analytics and recommend ways to improve reach and engagement

• Maintain consistent S&P branding, messaging, and visual standards across digital channels

Qualifications

• Degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field

• Strong skills in videography, photography, and video editing

• Experience or strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software

• Good understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, and audio

• Creative with a strong eye for visual storytelling

• Good writing and communication skills

• Organized and able to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines

• Willing to travel for field shoots, events, and company activities

An Advantage

• Experience managing business or brand social media accounts

• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, paid social media advertising, and analytics

• Motion graphics or Adobe After Effects skills

• Drone operation and aerial videography

• Graphic design and photo-editing skills
