Content Creator & Social Media Executive

About the role

ZENT CIRCLE SDN. BHD. is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator & Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating social media content, filming and editing short videos, following beauty and lifestyle trends, and bringing fresh ideas to TikTok, Instagram and other digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms
• Create short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, product demonstrations, tutorials and promotional content
• Film and edit product, lifestyle, training and event-related content
• Develop creative content ideas, captions, hooks and simple scripts
• Create content for product launches, promotions, campaigns, exhibitions and training activities
• Assist with product photography and basic graphic design
• Maintain a consistent social media content calendar and posting schedule
• Monitor current social media, beauty and lifestyle trends and adapt them creatively for our brands
• Assist with TikTok Live and other livestreaming activities when required
• Engage with followers and respond to basic comments and enquiries on social media

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Design, Advertising or related fields is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are also welcome
• Comfortable using social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
• Able to create and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar applications
• Creative with a good eye for visual presentation and current trends
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera occasionally
• Able to write simple and engaging captions and content
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
