The Role

You'll create the social media and advertising content for Mandarin — turning ideas and trends into videos and visuals that make people stop, watch and take action. Your work goes live on real ad campaigns, so you'll see exactly how it performs.

What You'll Do

• Explore trending content and ad ideas on Meta, Instagram and Xiaohongshu

• Turn references and marketing ideas into original Mandarin content

• Shoot, create and edit Reels and advertising creatives

• Create multiple hooks and creative versions for testing

• Use AI tools to make content creation faster and more creative

• Learn from ad performance data and improve future content

• Keep every creative aligned with Mandarin's premium brand image

We'd Love Someone Who

• Has a good eye for content, visuals and social media trends

• Knows basic CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar creative tools

• Enjoys trying new ideas and learning what makes content perform

• Is comfortable using AI tools, or keen to learn

• Can read Chinese content — an advantage, as much of our audience and reference material is in Chinese

What matters most is that you're creative, willing to experiment, and understand what makes people stop, watch and take action.

• Basic salary RM4,000 – RM6,000
