Our product portfolio includes Concentrated Perfume Oils, Bakhoor, Air Fresheners, Body Lotions, Aqua/Water-Based Perfumes, Body Sprays, and more. All our products are manufactured at our facility in Ajman.

We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Creator & Video Editor to join our marketing team and create high-quality, engaging content for our growing digital presence.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and delivering engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.

We are looking for someone who is not only a skilled video editor but also a creative content creator who understands social media trends, storytelling, product presentation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and edit engaging videos and photos for social media.
• Produce Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, product videos, reviews, promotional videos, and campaign content.
• Develop creative content concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Handle the complete content creation process from concept to shooting to final editing.
• Shoot high-quality product, lifestyle, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit videos with professional transitions, effects, sound design, captions, color correction, and music.
• Create visually appealing content that increases brand awareness, engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop content aligned with brand campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat trends.
• Identify trending formats, sounds, concepts, and editing styles and adapt them creatively for the brand.
• Operate cameras, smartphones, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other content-production equipment.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, composition, audio, and overall production quality.
• Maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity and premium image.
• Organize raw footage, project files, and completed content.
• Assist with monthly content planning and content calendars.
• Manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, Videographer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous content creation and editing work.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and social media content trends.
• Good knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, composition, and audio.
• Ability to independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit content.
• Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media content that drives engagement and reach.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in fragrance, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or luxury brands is an advantage.
• UAE work experience is an advantage.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio or showreel is mandatory.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on creative professional who can take an idea from concept to camera to final edit.

You should be someone who understands what makes content engaging, can create visually strong product videos, follows social media trends, and knows how to make content suitable for a premium fragrance and beauty brand.
