Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly creative and resourceful Content Creator & Video Editor who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging videos that capture attention and drive organic audience growth. You will be responsible for creating high-performing video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook—turning complex logistics concepts into entertaining, relatable, and high-converting video content.Key Responsibilities

• Content Conceptualization & Scriptwriting: Brainstorm creative video concepts, hooks, and short scripts tailored to our target audience (businesses, truck drivers, shippers, and everyday users).
• Video Production & Shooting: Plan, record, and direct short-form and long-form video content using mobile setups, DSLRs, microphones, and basic studio lighting.
• Editing & Post-Production: Cut, assemble, and edit videos with high pacing, sound design, engaging captions, color correction, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Platform Optimization: Tailor video formats, aspect ratios, thumbnails, and hooks specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Trend & Meme Analysis: Monitor social media trends, viral audio, and digital marketing shifts to keep Maalbardaar’s brand relevant and engaging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to align video output with promotional campaigns and product updates.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing and content creation for modern social media brands or agencies.
• Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio or link to past video work (Reels, TikToks, promotional videos, or YouTube content) demonstrating strong pacing, story structure, and editing style.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Canva for basic graphics, animated text, and overlays.
• Basic knowledge of audio levelling, color grading, and lighting setups.
• Social Media Native: Deep understanding of current short-form video trends, viral mechanics, algorithm best practices, and dynamic captions.
• Communication Skills: Strong storytelling abilities with proficiency in Urdu and basic English for scripts and captions.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
