We focus on providing practical house design, professional consultation, quality workmanship, and reliable construction services to help clients build their dream homes.

As we continue to grow our brand presence, we are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator / Videographer to join our marketing team and help us produce engaging content that connects with homeowners, potential clients, and our target audience.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator / Videographer to join Ali Bina Group Sdn. Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Sungai Petani, Kedah.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and producing video content for our digital platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing channels. You will play an important role in presenting our house construction projects, site progress, client stories, educational content, promotional campaigns, and company branding in a more engaging and professional way.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating content, shooting videos, editing short-form content, following current social media trends, and turning ideas into videos that can attract attention and generate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Create engaging content related to house construction, house design, site progress, client testimonials, house tours, promotions, company activities, and educational topics.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop content ideas, scripts, storyboards, hooks, and video concepts.
• Capture video footage at the office, project sites, events, client handovers, and other company activities when required.
• Edit videos using suitable editing software or applications, including adding subtitles, music, transitions, sound effects, graphics, and basic colour adjustments.
• Ensure all content follows the company’s branding, tone, campaign direction, and marketing objectives.
• Keep video files and content assets properly organised for future reference and reuse.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, content styles, and platform requirements.
• Assist in brainstorming new content ideas that can improve brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and audience trust.
• Support the marketing team in producing creative materials for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role.
• Able to show a portfolio or sample of previous video/content work.
• Good skills in video shooting, basic lighting, framing, composition, and storytelling.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Able to create short-form videos that are suitable for social media marketing.
• Creative, proactive, disciplined, and able to complete tasks within deadlines.
• Good attention to detail, especially in video quality, audio, captions, and overall presentation.
• Able to work independently and also collaborate with the marketing, sales, operation, and design teams.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects will be an added advantage.
• Experience in construction, property, renovation, interior design, or home-related content will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel to project sites or shooting locations when required.
